The Barrows' biggest delight was creating the menu, with its unusual emphasis on seafood. "Why am I emphasizing fish here? I enjoy cooking it very much. There's more variety in the market with fish. There's just a lot out there to play with, and it will play a healthy role in the eating trends of the future," says Dick.
At Starfish, every dish is crafted from fresh ingredients. Desserts are all made in-house, including a large variety of ice creams and sorbets.
The menu changes with the seasons, to enable Starfish's guests to enjoy such delights as softshell crabs and shad roe.
