Kicking off 2012 Restaurant Week in Bethlehem will also mark the three year anniversary of Chef Kristofor Sandholm’s ownership of Starfish Brasserie. Located in the heart of downtown Bethlehem is the city’s only sustainable seafood restaurant. The menu features an ever-changing and evolving menu of what the sea has to offer coupled with local, farm-raised meat, produce and ingredients.
To celebrate the anniversary, a prix fix menu has been created to coincide with the start of Restaurant Week.
