HONEY LAVANDER ICE CREAM
2 Cups 2% Milk
1 Cup 1/2 & 1/2
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Dried Lavander Flowers
4 Whole Eggs
1/4 Cup Honey
Directions: Heat the creams, lavander flowers and vanilla until alomst boiling. Whisk the eggs and the sugar together. Whisk the cream into the egg mixture and then cook until slightly thickend. DO NOT BOIL. Cool and then strain the lavander out of the custard. Add the honey and freeze in your ice cream machine.
