3 Mangoes

1 Cup Passion Fruit Puree

1/4 cup lime juice

! 1/2 cups Sugar

3 cups water

Peel and seed the mangoes

cook the sugar and the water until dissolved and comes to a boil

add all the other ingredients and puree in a blender

add one shot of white rum chill until cold

freeze in an ice cream machine
